Welcome to our van build! Chapter 1 is windows, and for good reason. Before you start on anything with building out your van, you need to decide on windows. If you are lucky enough to buy a van that already has all the windows you would like, PERFECT! You can just read along and envision needing to cut up your van. But if you are like us, you bought a windowless shell of a van.

Chapter 2 is all about the roof! After our windows were completed, we focused on our roof. This is where our solar panels and deck panels would live on top of. We did extensive research and decided that Orion Van Gear was the best company for all our projects. Not only did we get our roof rack/deck plus solar panels from Orion, we also got our MaxxAir Fan. The process of getting everything we need was easy.

Chapter 3 – let’s get some circulation going. We installed the MaxxAir Fan early on since we would have to cut holes into the van and wanted to get it done before we installed the items on the roof rack. We want to start off by giving a big thank you to Orion Van Gear for being a great company to get our accessories from. We purchased our MaxxAir Fan from Orion and if they sold everything
