Aguadilla, PR Street Art

Aguadilla, Puerto Rico Travel Guide

How did we get to stay for 30 days Honestly, it’s all about who you know that made this possible for us. We had a family member who is currently in the Army and stationed in Puerto Rico invite us to stay as long as we want. We might have taken a little advantage of being there a month, but honestly it wasn’t enough time with her. She had to travel quiet a bit while we were there for work, so out of the 30 days we were there, we probably one saw her maybe 10 days – at the most while we were there. Our Stay in Calibishie

Why We Picked Calibishie We had been researching Dominica at this point, but we very still pretty green – but ready for adventure. We didn’t know at the time, but we picked the best village to start our trip, Calibishie! A small village located just 20 minutes from the airport on the north east part of the island. Calibishie has multiple places to stays with locals and a few restaurants within walking distances. It’s also perfect location for a lot of cool places like the Red Rocks and Bantiou Beach.  During our stay at Sandbar, we met our host – Christie. We can’t wait to go back and visit with her again, she was the best host and was so sweet. She painted us a

Dominica

The Ultimate Guide To Dominica

Dominica, pronounced “daa·muh·nee·kuh”, is often confused with the Dominican Republic. But don’t let these two beautiful Caribbean islands fool you, as they both offer two different types of adventure. Dominica is known as “The Nature Island” and attracts visitors from across the world for its natural beauty, including waterfalls, rivers, and beaches and more adventurous activities. The island is also famous for its scuba diving and whale watching. A little bit of history… before European colonization, Dominica was home to various indigenous peoples, including the Kalinago (Caribs). They were the first inhabitants of the island and had a unique culture and way of life. In 1493, Christopher Columbus set foot on Dominica during his second voyage to the Americas. European settlement didn’t begin until the

About Us
HI!! We're Danielle and Malcolm

We're a couple of full time remote workers looking to explore the United States in our van and the world by air. In 2024, we purchased a Ford Transit and started building out our DIY van, that will be our permanent home when completed. Between the build and our jobs, we also love to travel to new places and visit our family and friends that live all across the USA.
