
Ingredients
▢ 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
▢ 1 cup Colby Jack cheese, shredded
▢ 1 lb. Ground Beef, 85% lean
▢ 1 Tablespoon Butter
▢ 2 cloves Garlic, minced
▢ 1 oz. packet Taco Seasoning
▢ 1 cup Chicken broth
▢ 1 cup Whole milk, at room temp
▢ ½ lb. pasta, your choice but we like spiral
▢ salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Add milk, butter and cheese. Mix until all melted.
Brown ground beef, add minced garlic half way through cooking the ground beef.
Drain ground beef and add packet of taco season and water – according to the packet directions.
Add pasta and chicken broth – add more water, if needed, enough to cover the pasta.
Cook until pasta is cooked to your liking – about 8-10 minutes.
